Nexus 5 Reboot system doesn't work

I tried using the ubports-installer and it claims to have installed the latest copy right. But the system cant boot. After "Reboot system now" there is just the google-icon. Nothing more happens.

Upgrade the installer and install the phone again, there was a problem with the installer.
