        I want to consult with the designers if any of the available downloads can be compatible with palm pre 1, 2 or 3 cell phones as well as with the Xperia XA Ultra (F3213), if they are not, it will be possible that they develop this operating system for the mentioned equipment .

          Ubuntu Touch is not compatible at all with any of the Palm Pre phones.
          It is very possible UT could be made to work with the Xperia XA - but it would require some porting first. Info on how to do this is at http://docs.halium.org/en/latest/porting/first-steps.html
