Nexus 5 Stuck at installing update

Fyi, only the imgur images are taken by me. I know the last picture is not from the nexus 5
The format options that I picked

I also tried the bootstrap option only
I have gotten the successfully install screen from UBports Installer (0.8.2-beta)

Then I got this ubuntu touch installing updates screen for 15 mins
After that I was greeted with the something like this

I picked the power down option and then manually turn on the phone again
then I am stuck on a screen like this


I have tried the installation process couple of times and still the same issue

I try to flash the original android image
by doing
adb sideload /home/hetzer/Desktop/hammerhead-m4b30z-factory-625c027b.zip

Then I tried
fastboot erase boot

fastboot erase recovery
fastboot erase system
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader-hammerhead-hhz20h.img

Then I reinstall ubuntu touch and it seems to work
