Camera doesn't work

I have installed the latest devel version on a oneplus one and the camera application does not have access to the camera hardware

@ricardo65 Which channel have you installed? Dev? The camera currently works only on stable and I think also rc.

rev 1782 dev chanel solved the camera permissions issue
