I created a file named with "text.py" by "touch text.py" ,but I don't know how can I write my code in it. Can someone help me?

编辑的话，随便找个文本编辑器就是了。
编译的话，py是解释性语言，不需要编译的

Translation : Edit or compile
For editing, just find a text editor.
If compiled, py is an interpreted language and does not need to be compiled
