        Hello everybody!

        This is my first post here, so if it's not in the right place, please move it to where it should be.

        I have just received my new vollaphone with UT(ordered it in january this year) and it seems that my bose soundsport bt headset won't connect. The phone sees the headset, but won't connect.
        Did anybody else encounter this too? Is there a possible fix?

        This is my first phone with UT, so there's a lot i need to learn.

          @jimpson Bluetooth can be somehow tricky with UT. It works with some devices, and doesn't with others. There are no real rules.
          Try to reboot the phone + headset and try to pair it again.
          We hope this will be (maybe) improved with new bluez packages after the release of the migration to Ubuntu 20.04 (Focal Fossa) repositories.
          Vollaphone may also receive bluetooth improvements in the future as the device is still in an early development stage.

            @jimpson Till now i have no ptoblem with the BT on the Vollaphone. But as already said, the BT is quite often a 'question point'.
            On my Aquaris E5 Ubuntu Edition, the bluetooth connection cursh after some minutes. It happens always with my car infotaintment system (Volkswagen).

              Thank you all for the replies.
              I had a suspicion it had something to do with the VollaPhone being in an early stage of development.
              It's not really that important, but i thought i should ask.
              I bought myself some Sehnheiser earbuds (with cable), and am going to use those, awaiting further updates. There's still so much to learn about this phone. :beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:
              I stil have to test if it will work with the audio in my car though.
              @MV ; it's a Peugot, so i'll guess i'll have to wait and see.

                Small update: Bt works (for me that is) on Peugot, Skoda and Fiat so far. Pairing and connecting worked flawless. I'm thinking about buying other BT earpods. Maybe it's just Bose that's not playing along.
                If i find one that works, i'll post it here. Maybe we can get a list going with known devices that work?
