I have installed OTouch this week-end and I have a problem with the wireless connection.
My access point have 2 frequency (2.4Ghz and 5Ghz) and when the phone go to standby, the wireless lost the connection.
When I disactivate one frequency (2.4Ghz or 5Ghz), the problem is solved!

@revocarne what do you have to do, to get a new connection, if you let the router frequencies as they are?

@luksus, When the phone go to sleep, a password inputbox appears. If I enter the wifi password, the phone stay connected in sleep mode, but if I activate the phone and wait the next sleep, the same password inputbox appears.
If the wifi is lost, I must go to the wifi list and clic in the network name for activate the connexion.

I have no "password to imput again" when wifi connection active (protected by password) and phone go to sleep.
But after some time if i wake up the phone i must select again my wifi router in the list to connect again.

I don't know if it's normal behavior or not, but as i remember (don't often use wifi with my phone), it was not the case some time ago.

@revocarne regarding "no cellular network, when no wifi/mobile data is active":
I know this from the first builds of this port, but in later images this issue did not appear again.
I can't test this currently, but perhaps another user could check, if he gets the same behavior.

@luksus I have the lastest stable build (OTA-16)
I have trying to install the rc build but rc have make a big crash, the device didn't not reboot!!!
I had to reinstall the Fairphone OS, after I had to downgrade to Android 9 and finally I have reinstall the lastest UBTouch stable build ... and the problem is the same ...

@revocarne did you try to upgrade to RC over the OTA update or did you flash the RC-images with fastboot?

                      So some questions:

                      • what is your active slot (A, B)?
                      • did you flash Android9 images to both slots?
                      • to which slot did you flash Ubuntu Touch?
                      • did you try to switch the slot and boot it?

Flashing Android9 images should be enough, there is no need to install Android10 Fairphone OS and then downgrade.
Particularly, if your device does not boot after OTA Update, it should be enough to reflash the system-partition with the Android9 system-image first and then reflash the Ubuntu Touch system-image.

@revocarne Hi, I just wanted to tell you, that I got the same or a similar issue, since I switched my router configuration from two separate WiFi's to one WiFi with both (2.4, 5 GHz) frequencies...

In my case, it is enough to reconnect the WiFi (just tapping o the already connected WiFi-network again.)

Solution for me is, to separate the networks again, at least for now.
I believe that this could be a general issue on Halium(9) devices.
