Bluetooth doesn't work if a sim card is inserted

I just tried to pair my Redmi Note 7 to my car BT system, but as soon as I type the Sim Pin code, Bluetooth disappears.
Even if I reactivate Bluetooth, the bt icon stays disabled.
If I activate BT in settings, it still says that BT is NOT discoverable.I also tried to type bluetoothctl in the terminal, it returns me:
[bluetooth]# nnect to bluetoothd...and runs endless..
If no Sim is inserted Bluetooth works... (weird)
I've already tried to reinstall UT via Installer, no change.
Is there any workaround?
