        I am not able to connect to pc its running manjaro it connects as if wired connection to run internet but am not able to transfer any files also the file manager on ohone wont open its just a blank white screen

          Have you enabled developer mode and rebooted the phone (it may also solve the file manager issue)?

            @mrt10001 was already enabled i installed the 05-11-2020 jasmine and it says os 16.04(03-11-2020) if it helps and i dont even know if i am on lastest update or not also facing problems with 4g as not able to make calls if wifi not activated

              @gandhigiri If you look at the "About phone" page next to the Ubuntu 16.04 it will say OTA-XX (XX being a number). OTA-19 has just been released.
              Make sure you have set a passcode for the phone or developer options may misbehave. Also on the system settings you can select your carrier mode in the Mobile Button. If you have internet, do the updates, usually the App Store requires updating.

                @mrt10001 thank you for reply it says in os -ubuntu 16.04(2020-11-03) i think most of my isssues are caused because i am not updated if you could please tell me how to update to a stable channel and where to get updated file i'll try reinstalling or updating

                  @gandhigiri Try doing a fresh install or you can go to System Settings, Updates, look for the cog in the top right and click o that for update settings, then you can change your update path.

                    Also don't forget to unlock your screen unless you won't be able to access to your files (you will get a blank page)...
