rec works remotely, but not in local terminal

recworks perfectly if I ssh into my cosmo:rec a.wav rate 16k channels 1But when I run this in UBports' terminal app, I see:

There are still limitations in the terminal app. Not sure what reasons behind it though. You can work around this by connecting to itself via ssh.
