I'm having trouble installing Ubuntu Touch on my oneplus 6

Most of the install works fine, It gets stuck at Preparing Recovery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Full Error Message -

      "Error: adb:preparesystemimage: Error: {"error":{"code":1,"cmd:"adb -P 5037 mkdir -p /cache/recovery"}, "stderr": "mkdir: ''/cache/recovery":Required Key not Available"

      Thanks in Advance.

      George

@georgesaker147 Please try this installer version https://github.com/ubports/ubports-installer/releases/tag/0.8.9-beta if that does not work 0.8.8 or maybe 0.9.0. There is an issueaffecting some devices with the latest version not rebooting correctly during the install process.

@georgesaker147 This looks like a duplicate of https://forums.ubports.com/topic/6854/failed-touch-install-on-oneplus-6

@sven @Lakotaubp Whoops, I thought I'd searched for some keywords before I posted this. Sorry about that. I got it working by booting into TWRP and wiping the cache and data partitions. Works fine now!

@georgesaker147 Good so not the installer in your case. There are few installer issues at present and I keep forgetting about the other answers. Still your up and running. Enjoy.
