I updated yesterday my FP3+ with UT v.4 through Candidate channel.
Where can I get info about each release ?Thanks in advance.

There will be some information when releasing the OTA20 to stable.
It will highlight the major changes from OTA19.But for devel and RC channel it would be too much work as there are daily updates for devel and weekly for RC.
You can check the PR made but that's probably not what you're after... -
