Hi I recently started to run the installer, first there was a checksum mismatch at vendor zip.
I ignored it, the downloading was continued in a right way.
And after the installer copied all the files, it said the device disconnected.
Anyone has an idea, or a suggestion please?

Hi,
According to thé devices page, you have to flash a Android 9 stock ROM before running the installer. https://devices.ubuntu-touch.io/device/violet/.

If your device is already available in the installer, then you are not porting it... you are flashing or installing it.
Porting means creating the files that are needed for installation. Someone already did that for the Redmi Note 7 Pro.I'm not saying this to pick on you, just to avoid any confusion.

Please go back to the right Stock MIUI Android ROM and then try to install Ubuntu Touch again!
