I recently started experimenting with the clickable development options and found that GDevelop5 is actually really easy to integrate with Ubuntu Touch clickable packages.
Plus the mobile components that were designed to run with Android and IOS devices also seem to work with Ubuntu Touch very well.
I will be experimenting more with this and I might try to make a game this way one of these days. Using GDevelop is exciting because it adds easy cross platform app development and makes developing 2D games very trivial!
