Received the update a few days ago (Pix3a) it downloaded .The screen says a restart is required but nothing happens when I select restart
I tried to reset phone manually but the message sill shows as downloaded and does not install.
      Anyone else experienced this?

@billboy5690 I happened to have gone from 824 to 826, due to timing. Now on 828. Looks like I skipped 825. Sorry.

Open setting app, select update, in top right corner touch the parameters wheel, then you can set the device channel update.

If you're on dev channel, wich i believe you are, try to switch on stable and update.

If this device is your daily device, you should stick to stable, or RC ("release candidate") if you really really want to test pre-stable releases. But in no circumpstance you should go on dev for your daily device.

Dev can be hazardous, and should be reserved to devs or advanced testing users.
