How to display wirelessly on oneplus one ?
-
I'm confused about how to use the wireless screen. My oneplus one has successfully installed ubuntu touch, I see it supports wireless screen on the device function support.
I read on forums that wireless screen is only possible with Microsoft miracast. So I bought it in the Microsoft Store and it is still the latest version.
My other Android phones can search for Microsoft miracast and successfully cast the screen to it. But oneplus one cannot which be installed with ubuntu touch. It can only search for Microsoft miracast, but oneplus one cannot be successfully projected to it. Every time it shows "connecting disconnected" after "connecting".
I was wondering if any of you have successfully tried wireless screens? Since oneplus one is a micro interface, there is no way to connect the screen with a wire, only a wireless screen can be used.
If any of you have successfully wireless screen, can you tell me how?

@totalrando I uploaded a video here to illustrate my specific situation:https://youtu.be/k3HIG9EPo9Q
I have read the link you sent me, and I think I have no problem with the operation. After testing, other device ports can be displayed wirelessly smoothly. Only Ubuntu touch does not

@liutaoabab I'd ask @TotalSonic on this one, because I haven't set up wireless yet, but that doesn't appear to be the type of adapter I mentioned but a different one. I could be wrong.

@totalrando Thank you, the only wireless screen casting device I can find here is Microsoft miracast, I don't know any other devices that can do peer-to-peer transmission.
In the video, it can be searched in the device list and will try to connect, but it will not succeed. I'm also looking forward to solving this problem.

@liutaoabab - I haven't tried this out in a long while - maybe it got broken in a recent OTA - will test this tomorrow when I am back in my studio (and on my Meizu Pro 5 as well to see if the problem is only on OPO)
