        Hi there,

I'm currently playing around with my old oneplus2. On the device page I read, that adb and mtp might work under certain circumstances. So my question is does anybody know how it might work or what the actual state of it is? Or how I can for example copy files from my desktop to my oneplus2?

        Thank you,
        50ph14

SyncThing is one option, and not the worst. Another is using TELEports on the phone and Telegram on your desktop, and sending the file to yourself.

          Is currently using an Op5t
Also owns an Op1, a BQ E4.5 and an Xperia X, as well as a BQ tablet and a Pinetab2. Please, someone... make it stop.

In addition to Moem's work around you can also use scp to copy files to and from your desktop if you enable SSH.
There is also Nexcloud option using an app like GhostCloud but I didn't use it recently.

Most convenient for me: Enable ssh on the phone, then from a linux machine connect to the phone via Nautilus/Nemo (File/Connect to Server). On Nautilus/Nemo: View/Extra Pane -> copy files via Drag an Drop.
