Ubuntu touch on BQ Aquaris M10 HD

After carefully following the instructions to flash the device (Android) by installing an old version of Ubuntu touch, I installed the new one via installer. However the system does not start, it freezes at the "powered by Ubuntu" screen. What can I do? Thank you

Only use a usb 2.0 port on pc and usb 2.0 cable during the installation. I made this mistake when I installed my pixel 3A. The installer only works with usb 2.0 not usb 3.x. Tick both Wipe userdata and Bootstrap.
