Redmi Note 7

So after waiting a week to unlock my Note 7 (thanks Xiaomi) I have started again with UT 20.04. Install went as before (with Android 10 installed). So far working is:
Sound
Phone
Text (not MMS)
App Store (very limited apps)
Browser app
Wifi
Mobile Data

Need:
Camera app
File Browser
Dekko

Not Functioning:
Bluetooth

It is nice, it is really nice on this device.

@mrt10001 Thanks for your report. Have you tried the Wifi hotspot feature?

@sven Yes, I could connect to the hotspot, but no internet access.

@mrt10001 OK, so this might suffice to connect two devices via ssh (for internal communication, file transfers, etc.).

@sven Possibly, I would have to mess a lot more (alas my time is limited). Hotspot is something I have never used on my devices, I have never had a need - yet!

I will try and keep this on one thread. Not working is updates. Update downloads, Install reboots and goes to recovery and sits there doing nothing. Tried this with power plug in and the same.

@mrt10001 Same issue with the OP5 at present, have to keep using the installer.

@lakotaubp Yes, that was my next step. I think I have resolved the booting to the bootloader issue.

Yep, fastboot worked, just a blank screen, no Xiaomi icon. Updated with the installer.
