Help write Community Update show notes
I have a great opportunity to get involved for any person (preferably multiple people) who has a bit of writing savvy and watches our Community Updates.
For the past eight months, you've probably noticed that the blog posts following the Community Updates have been mostly written by @NeoTheThird and myself. You've probably also noticed that the latest episodes have had less detailed notes, or none at all. Unfortunately, as our list of work grows, some things are being dropped. In my case, the dropped items are the community update show notes.
I need your help with this. I'm hoping to have one or more people who are willing to help with the following:
- Given our list of talking points and links that we use during the show, create a written piece similar to this
- Format your writing using Markdown (CommonMark spec)
- If possible, prepare a list of timestamps similar to those on Community Update 16
Once finished, I or a member of our Marketing team will post the notes and timestamps for you. We'll be sure to give credit where credit is due, likely at the end of the blog post and Youtube description if that's okay with you.
If you're interested, just reply to this thread and we can get started, possibly with Community Update 20 this Saturday.
