        Good morning all πŸ™‚
I have a Bq E5, and this problem: integrated speaker does not work. I've already had this problem maybe 6 months ago, but it disappeared by itself after a short time. It reappeared maybe one week ago. Microphone works, headphones too.
I heard that it could be a contact problem, so I opened the phone, cleaned the speakers contacts, and made a little point of welding on the two plates. It still doesn't work.
When starting some audio track, typing in the terminal dmesg, I noticed this (I'm absolutely not an expert, so don't know if this can really be important):
        [Sound_Speaker_Turnon] Speaker_Volume: 0

        Any idea?

        Thanks in advance πŸ™‚

You could try to measure the loudspeaker with a multimeter, what is the resistance? Maybe its just broken?
