Cannot unlock the bootloader in Meizu MX4

Howdy!

I was trying to install Ubuntu Touch on my Meizu MX4 (Android version) but when i tried following the guide for unlocking the bootloader (https://docs.ubports.com/en/latest/userguide/install.html#install-on-legacy-android-devices)
SP Flash Tool would not allow me to flash the needed rom because it needs an .auth file.
(I also tried downgrading to 4.2.8.2A to try to install root but it says "connection timeout" so i can't root it)
Any fix or other methods i can try?

No, locked MX4 are very difficult to unlock.
Only the hacking way works on its, but not every time.

Take a look there maybe.

@keneda I tried using kingroot (maybe i didn't have the right version) but nah didn't work
