        Hey there,
        Seems that for some reason (s) I cannot use my phone to make/receive calls.
        I know it works from Android 9 and yes...my bill is paid šŸ˜‰

        There's also the letter L besides the name of my provider but I'm guessing it stands for LTE..?

        Any idea/help with this please.

        UT/Pixel 3a as my daily driver an' lovin' it

          Yes, L is for LTE.
          Where do you live ? In USA ?
          If yes, then it's the issue, providers there shut down 3G frequencies and only remains VoLTE for calls, a.k.a. Voice over LTE (=4G).
          Sadly not supported on UT for now (active work in progress).
          Workaround is to use SIP.

            @keneda
            Thanks.
            I live in Canada so that should not affect me.
            Having said that, I reset the phone and now it seems to work...weird
