Recommended way to upgrade to focal

I am wondering, if it it is the time to upgrade my Oneplus 5 to focal and I dare to ask @Flohack for his opinion: Is it already a good idea? and if yes, which way would you recommend?

@messayisto I would use the installer and tick the wipe data to get a fresh start (save any data beforehand). Focal is okay on the op5 and 5t. I am slowly migrating my device's to it from Xenial. OTA-25 has kind of pushed me to make the jump.

One thing to remember the OP5/5T still needs the installer to install updates to the OS. So if you don't want to do that daily go for RC or Stable and avoid devel.

@messayisto Hmm .. I had to go back to Xenial because half my apps weren't on the open store in Focal. Especially UBsync, although that is apparently ready very soon**. But also UT Tweak tool and various other web apps.

Regarding the missing web apps, you might like to have a look at Webber.

Had no problem with update to focal stable today.
Oneplus 5T.
Simple started it inside the Phone.
