Waydroid not working properly

After installing waydroid, the first "boot" of the android emulation works alright, even though it doesnt show me that it is starting at all, i am at the app menu for a few seconds. For the first time, it works alright, but then after i installed the discord apk and attempted to login, it rebooted my phone. And then ever since then when i tried starting waydroid or a waydroid app it rebooted my phone, even after factory reset. Attempted to run it at the newest dev version (20.04 r320) but it didn't work at the newest stable release either, installed it first using the terminal, and then the waydroid helper app.
