Can North Americans Still Buy the Volla X ?

Is it possible for people in North America to buy a new Volla X ? I see their Indiegogo for the X23 and the Volla 22 but nothing older. Their main store doesn't ship to Canada or the USA. I was hoping to get one as a backup phone but may have to go for the Volla 22.

Until recently Volla had some reconditioned Volla X phones for sale but I haven't seen any new ones for sale for a long time and the reconditioned ones dried up a couple of months ago.
I was hoping to buy a Volla X cheap as it was being replaced by the X23 but the prices stayed high till the end.
I bought an X23 in the end which I'm very pleased with, but Waydroid isn't available for the X23 yet in case thats something you need.
EDIT - Looks like there are some new ones available at the moment in the shop which brings you back to your shipping question. I would contact Volla and see what they can do for you.
Nb the X23 is reduced in price by about 40 EUR until the end of July.
