No APPS showing up in Open Store App

I have Ubuntu Touch installed on my BQ Aquaris M10 FHD tablet. When I go to the Open Store on the tablet, no Apps show up and all I see is a blue spinning circle instead of Apps.

It has Ubuntu Touch 16.04 (OTA-15) installed. It says it was last updated on 01/21/2021.
And it doesn't download any updates anymore. It always says that it is "Up To Date" when I try to run any updates.

Does anybody have any clues as to why I can't see the Apps in the Open Store app?

Well something's wrong here, there should be OTA 23.
Did you try using ubports installer to install latest version ?
Untick wipe user data box if you want to keep any personnal data.

@Keneda No, I have not tried that yet. But I will tonight when I get home. Your suggestion is what I was going to try if I didn't get any responses to my post.

@Keneda Yep! That worked! Worked perfectly! I'm up and running with a full App store and it's upgraded to OTA-25.

Thank you for the suggestion and helping confirm what I thought would fix the problem.
