Gallery-app very slow when re-opening

When opening the Gallery-app for the first time it opens fast, as before/ usual. When closing it and trying to re-open it, the app seems not to answer first, but unexpectedly opens again after a delay of over a minute. What could be the reason of this behaviour?

@uwahl This is already known and was debugged in telegram LOL I'm sure the fix will soon land since it's in the store anyway.
