Go after big corp:
I would offer a dedicated internal company protocol that is safe to use.
Charge them subscription per month depending on user count OR
Charge to implement plus freelance quote per change they want to make thereafter
(Basically what Motorola use to do with MIRS and then Blackberry with bbm). -
