          @alagirialagiri
Expectations are always hard to meet.
But work is done (mainly by Alfred) on this topic, so it might be possible to install snaps on your device.

As to using the snap store it is another story but still possible.
If you watch the Q&As, Alfred mentioned this project and his progress...

            Dear @AppLee and @alagirialagiri,
My Ubuntu Desktop Experience with the snap = a lot of storage space consumed.
I searched the web and I met articles where the people where showing how to remove snap and how to live without it using the alternative solutions. The general summary was: snap was introduced by Canonical and furthermore it was promoted/forced by them. But it causes problems, as the users confirm (my case is the many GB consumption of the storage space). I'm not sure what would be the potential benefits...? Just to double check/think before implementing the snap mechanism into Ubuntu Touch... 🙂
            Kind regards~~ Piotrek~~pe3no.

I would prefer Appimaege software because you don't have to install it. SNAP is supposed to be better for the developers because only a package manager has to be maintained. Well, the technology continues to develop whether it is better than the old one.

Don't worry, it's just an extra option. You don't have to use it.

                Is currently using an Op5t
Also owns an Op1, a BQ E4.5 and an Xperia X, as well as a BQ tablet and a Pinetab2. Please, someone... make it stop.

                  Hi @pe3noATo2DOTpl
Ubuntu Touch is very different from Ubuntu Desktop.
Also snaps are now available thanks to Snapz0r an app developed by Alfred.
Alfred was not payed for this and deserves kuddos and support from the community for this.

Still, the official packaging system for Ubuntu Touch is Click.
I don't know what your post was about but be assured that if it comes (one day) to this kind of decision we will think about it.
But in the meantime, enjoy having the possibility to install snaps as well as click on your Ubuntu Touch device.

                  Hi @Enrico13011978
If you want to bring AppImage to Ubuntu Touch like Alfred brought Snaps, you're more than welcome.
                  The more the merrier.
