I'm on arch linux and using the appimage installer. It gets stuck on "preparing system image/mounting partitions'
tried using an ubuntu vm -same problem

@mrt10001 thanks for your response. Ill post here again when i try this out although i believe it may have something to do with the choice of port as well. (USB 2 vs 3)

@lakotaubp didn't intend to reply to you, my bad. The question was for the original poster. I've been able to install ubtouch on my Nexus 5 but have failed to install the same on the Pixel repeatedly , the installer either fails to format userdata or whilst mounting partitions.

@lakotaubp did you sort it out? I have the same problem..
