So I have been trying to port to my device. I'm using the phablet 6.0.0r1 source due to my device not having a KitKat source. Any who. I cannot get past the gpg error. I've tried cloning the phablet-6.x version to no avail. Always get the error el->name will always return "true".

So my device (moto x pure(clark)) does not have a cm 12.1 source. Is it safe to use cm 13?
