I finally manage to get it right : flashing the frieza rom did not work, but I could flashed the android 6 one that I found on old hard drive. Starting from there I successfully flashed the frieza rom containing UBports !
Happy to try all the work done since I bought my BQ M10 ubuntu edition

Bricked my old BQ m10 fhd
Hello There,
I wanted to retry UBports after a while and followed the instructions for legacy android devices as suggested by the ubports-installer.
All went well, except that I did not realize I had downloaded the wrong rom : I flashed the m10 hd one (cooler) instead of the version for m10 fhd (frieza). Yeah I know... don't try that kind of thing with a baby on your lap...Of course my tablet is now bricked... I tried to flash the right rom with SP flash tool, but it doesn't seem to work.
Is there something I can do or my device is good for trash ?Thanks,
