Developing UT apps on Windows 10

Is it possible to develop UT apps on win 10. (I use win 10 at work sadly)

You can certainly write code on Win10, with Atom for example, but compiling into a click might be problematic. I'm not sure clickable will run on Win 10 natively, but perhaps it could be run with WSL installed.
