tedit - choosing folder when saving file

This is about the "tedit" app, a nice text editor.
Is there anyway to save a file in another directory than the default directory /userdata/user-data/phablet/.local/share/tedit.fulvio/ ?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
