Every time i restart my phone i get a notification saying storage device detected, when i click on the notification a new window open with SD Card Management.

Format Safely remove.

How to get rid of it?

Hi.
You can disable notification for External Drives.
Go to Settings -> Notifications -> External Drives, and disable the notifications.
