Can't retrieve email on Dekko 2

I'm running a BQ M10 FHD.
I have the RC release installed.
I have tried setting up a gmail account on Dekko 2 and can't seem to establish connection.
It fails to validate credentials.
I have already uninstalled and delete the .cache/dekko2.dekkoproject folder and reinstalled dekoo 2.
I am using the settings mentioned on gmail support page.
Anyone else had this issue? -
@ratovsky have you gone to your google account settings and authorized the insecure/untrusted apps setting. Its in the security part of the google account settings. Without allowing that Dekko2 will not work.
