Mount Fairphone 2 ?

Hi all,
I have an other problem with my Fairphone : when I plug it on the computer I'm not able to mount it (but it charges).
I have try booth in the developer mode and without the developer mode (with a reboot).Thanks,

@docaurelie Don't know about Fairphone but I always go for the usb connection first. MX4 was horrible Nexus 5 not so bad OPO ok most of the time. so try a new different usb cable or try wiggling it around to see if that works. Only other thing when using Ubuntu on laptop was that sometimes it needed updates installing before it worked.

It works on one of my computer but not on the other one (both on Ubuntu).
