Torrent app?
-
I seem to remember there used to be one on the Ubuntu App store for a while, but then it disappeared. It only worked with The Pirate Bay, and it could only download to a hidden folder and you had to go digging for your files, but it did work.
Any particular reason for its disappearance? (Apart from the obvious grey/black areas it dares to tread regarding copyright infringement).

@Scott-Marley, I think you mean DowNow, and it worked with other torrent services, not only TPB.
If I remember it right it didn't work in all Ubuntu Phone models, maybe that's why it's disappeared from the store.

You can install transmission in libertine. It has a webinterface, so you can use it in the browser on the phone.

FYI, seems it is back to the openstore : Vulgry (had been renamed previously)

@doniks, but Vulgry is a video downloader, isn't it? not a torrent client.
I think Vulgry is something like youtube-dl. Maybe I'm wrong.

Oh. Could be. I haven't actually tried. In my memory vulgry is ex downow and a torrentclient. But I could be mistaken.
