Nexus 4 owner. I did the update, and now my messenger application no longer can view or create new records of sms. What are my options?

@FrogCastOrg My understanding is that they do their best to get it to the state where the other phones are, but they wrote that the Nexus 4 was started later then the other phones and it has therefore not caught up yet.

I think if it is good enough to live with for a while, then there is hopefully a fix not too far off in the future. Otherwise i think the latest version from Canonical is good enough to make it a daily driver, so you could give that a go in the meantime while waiting for the UBports release.

I have a Nexus 4 as well, but i use it as my daily driver and i think the current version would probably not be good enough.

Anyway, it probably helps if you could report the issue. 🙂 Here is a link to the Nexus 4 issues: https://github.com/ubports/ubports-touch/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3A"device%3A+mako"

I think the same goes for Oneplus One. No messages in the view, but I can see them in the notification area.
