Need help. Hello, my messenger does not work on either the E4.5 BQ or the E5 HD BQ. Before installing UBports it worked very well. thank you

It hasn't worked from the FB webpage for ages on my pro 5 , when i do use it i find it works on the Facebook basic app

Yes in facebook basic you can see messages and you can send messages but it is not the same thing. Before installing Ubports Fmessenger app worked.
