I am trying to install UT on my One Plus One device, but stucked after flashing the firmware step for a long time.
After that I am getting message that connection to device is lost.
Now device status is that after reboot it is stucked at UT startup screen.

@sandeep What OS are you installing from? Please check adb is seeing your device (type adb devices in trminal/command prompt). If it is reboot to recovery then android actions to clear the cache and factory reset. Then retry installer, use the latest version (snap if you can).

I am using Windows 10 to install. In command prompt "fastboot devices" is listing my device but "adb devices" not listing my device.

@sandeep Ok try this adb version and when asked install it system wide https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588979 Then try again if it detects your device run the installer again with the wipe option if you have no data to lose.

@mmvanheusden Your phone is not a brick please see the first post you made. https://forums.ubports.com/topic/3631/oneplus-one-installation-problems there is no need to seek answers in multiple places. It will not get solved quicker and can confuse both those trying to help and others with a similar issue.

Was Android > 5.1 installed before? You might need to go back to stock Android from an older verison to get the cache partition right.
