Full Screen function similar to F11 on Ubuntu Desktop

Is there an Ubuntu Touch Full Screen function similar to Ubuntu Desktop's F11 function? If not, would it be possible to have one? This would be particularly useful on the web browser when holding the phone in landscape position.
