Am i the only one frustrated from the slow scroll speed ?

@stan It probably depends on which phone you are using and what channel you are on.
If you're on stable (OTA-11) maybe, it was for me with BQ E5 HD.
I'm now on dev with a bq E5 HD as a daily phone, things have been going well for some time now. -
You need to give a better report which scrolling you mean. This depends a lot on the actual part of the OS or App.
