Pinephone - high pitched squeal out of the speaker

So yeah whenever i turn on my pinephone, or open some apps, like games, i get this tiny high-pitched sound coming out of the speaker for a few seconds. Cant hear it unless the room is pretty quiet. If i can, though, my ears start ringing too, even after im sure its stopped.

I think this happens in most distros if not all. Not sure why though and if it's fixable.
