@mymike Have you considered the volla?
It will be sent very soon. It is known that the Volla phone will benefit from long-term monitoring and is already relatively reliable now.

@domubpkm No, a new phone is going to be much more expensive than a 2nd hand one

Any of you have success on sharing the screen to a TV? I tried with a LG and with a Sony but in both cases I had no success (and no clue why it failed).

Anybody confident with TWRP and having an OP3 T ?

I would like to try some camera lib to see if it's improving
                More info there : https://github.com/ubports/ubuntu-touch/issues/1528

I can guide the person on Telegram if needed

@mymike Yes I Use it right now. It is great and I think reasonably smooth on the 3T

Sorted the google account downgrade which helps
Sorted the camera so that works _in between upgrades
I am on dev channel which is reliable

Only bug I have is after setting up Twitter and Linked in they now seem to have log in errors

                  screenshot20201111_125213975.png

but I really like it on the OP3T - feels very nice to use screenshot20201111_125148230.png screenshot20201111_125124274.png ![screenshot20201111_125243698.png]

I got my Nexus 4 then 5 then FP2 then one plus cooking on #UBUNTU via @ubports and have run it on Op3T Op6t OP5T Pinephone/Pro Pine Tab and Pinebook Pro and my favourite OnePlus One.

@Stefano Yes this version of lib should be for Halium 7.1 which is based on lineage 14.1.
Could you try them ? If you need we could tchat on the telegram room

@ernest I run LOS 16 at the moment as daily. Thought it was for bug in camera on GSI 9.

AFAIK, there is a bug on the OP3T camera, I don't remember if gst-droid fix it ?

@ernest O.K. Just for info, GSI Halium 9 on Op3t, (v9) camera was working just fine ( no video recording though) , on (v10) it crashes the system. On Halium 7.1 camera after installing gst-droid was working just fine apart video recording as well. I haven't tested Ota-14 on Op3t yet.

@andybleaden found the bug related to twitter/linkedin

Downgraded to stable. Something upstream with the browser then

                                        Hi All

I'm unable to switch on the developer mode on my OnePlus3 device.
I've tried multiple times and even with fresh install.

When I toggle the button, I'm not asked for PIN/Passcode and the button seems to be enabled, however it resets to OFF position after Reboot.

Is anyone facing the same or knows the solution to the problem ?

I want to install Anbox on the device.

@geekyneo That is the case with mine also. Not that it helps you much. It does stay on in between reboots though.

@geekyneo I had the same problem with an old UT version on this device, see above https://forums.ubports.com/post/41254
After installing a newer version, I can switch between channels.

                                              Hi @Lakotaubp and @sven

                                              Thanks for the response.
Were you both able to enable developer mode and perform the operations via adb(PC/Laptop) ?

My OS is on OTA-14 too, and my device is oneplus3 and not oneplus3t. Should that matter ?
