Access the microphone from ubuntu touch webview

@flaun-in I had a similar issue. user @lduboeuf pointed out "This is a current Morph Browser limitation, you cannot access Microphone and Camera see https://github.com/ubports/morph-browser/issues/399"... that wont help ya but at least you're not alone. Cheers

@fla I'm using a Meizu MX4 on the RC channel.
But I guess that sending voice messages on Axolotl doesn't work on any supported device, right? -

@flaun-in the code is done but isn't merged right now as it wouldn't work on most devices
