Usage statistics on Vollaphone's welcome screen not displayed

Hello,
My spouse's Vollaphone doesn't show the daily usage statistics on the welcome screen although it is set to "on" in the settings. (Works fine on Nexus 5)
Is there another way to activate these statistics? (sent sms, etc...)
