hello everyone I have a redmi note 7 I would like to know if I have to unlock the bootloader first?

@gabriele - yes, you must get a Mi account by registering with your SIM inserted in the device, then change to developer mode, and then unlock using Xiaomi's Mi Unlocker software available for download from their site.
