Getting root exsess in Libertine Container

I need root access in the container of libertine to setup different thinks. I read the following artikel to manage libertine container, but i don't get root access to write in systeme files or to manage updates. Please help me on my Nexus 5 with OTA15.

If it works, can you first "ask a question" and then "mark as solved" using the cog wheel menu next to the blue reply button on top of the thread ?
